Joanna Raabsmith, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Joanna is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving the North County area of San Diego. She earned two graduate degrees from Fuller Theological Seminary, a Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy and a Masters of Divinity. She is also trained in EFT and EMDR and specializes in treating trauma. She has also been trained by IITAP to work with couples in recovery from sexual addiction and is a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist through APSATS.
Areas of special interest include working with couples going through recovery, relationship issues, trauma, addiction, self-esteem, anxiety, and spiritual issues. She has had success working with couples in transforming their interactions to restore love and trustworthiness to their relationship and is passionate about helping individuals discover obstacles and opportunities to greater health.
She runs a private practice with her husband, and they love working together, speaking and training together, and parenting their three children in sunny San Diego.
