Restoration Coach Training

Overview

Restoration Coaching is a new approach to coaching. It is a non-clinical, cognitive methodology founded on the core principles of Restoration Therapy, a theory that combines Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, and Self-Regulation.

Restoration Coaching allows both coach and client to clearly understand how violations of love and trust develop into problems of identity and safety, and inhibit the client from establishing and achieving their personal and professional goals. Most importantly, Restoration Coaching provides clients with an emotional-behavior map of their identity and safety patterns when under stress, moving them toward empowered, best-self actions in pursuing their personal and professional goals.

In Restoration Coach Training, participants learn the basic foundations of the Restoration theory, as well as the most essential techniques applicable to coaching. Enrollment in Restoration Coach Training is limited to only 20 Participants, so that each person can feel at ease in exploring questions and interactions with the theory within a dedicated group.
