Dolores is a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice at Dolores Guilliod Christian Counseling Services in Richardson, Texas. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and her Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Amberton University.
Dolores works with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures addressing grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, OCD, and other presenting problems. She counsels couples seeking healing from betrayal trauma and couples who want to break patterns of conflict and build deeper connections. Dolores is EMDR certified, has completed BTTI training through the International OCD Foundation, and is an APSATS trainee.
Dolores currently serves as Clinical Director for Cornerstone Lodge Ministry’s “Psalm 40 Retreats” designed for those in ministry and their spouses, and has previously worked as an on-staff counselor at the “Hideaway Experience” in Amarillo, Texas.
Dolores has been married for 45 years. She has raised three awesome adult children and is a grandparent of eleven perfect grandchildren.
