Elizabeth Wilmot is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with teenagers, individuals, couples, and families. In life, everyone has seasons of highs and lows. During the more difficult seasons, the most incredible, yet challenging thing you can do is ask for help. As your therapist, we will walk through all seasons and discover a healthier version of yourself to be equipped to go through every season. My biggest hope is to help you reach a better potential of yourself in order to live your best life.
