I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Level 1 Restoration Therapist. I use a salutogenic approach to therapy, which explores how patterns that may appear dysfunctional from the outside were once protective responses to stressful experiences—how we can honor the role they played and thoughtfully transform them in service of current goals that support health, resilience, and connection.
With over 15 years of experience in mental and behavioral health, my background includes clinical roles in early childhood attachment and trauma work, substance use recovery, behavioral intervention, relational therapy, and hospice care. I’m a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, trained in EMDR and Attachment-Focused EMDR, with additional training in human development and talk therapy models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I bring these tools into the Restoration Therapy framework to help clients make sense of their stories, build emotional regulation skills, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.
I offer sessions in-person at my office in Tucson, Arizona, and via telehealth to clients throughout Arizona and Florida.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, recovery, relationship challenges, or trying to shift out of long-standing patterns that no longer serve you, I offer a space that’s grounded, collaborative, and focused on what matters most to you.
