Lauren R. Ahlquist is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who works in private practice in Santa Monica, California. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from UCLA and her Doctor of Clinical Psychology from Fuller School of Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. She trained directly with Dr. Terry Hargrave for six years, including publishing a research study on the effectiveness of intensive Restoration Therapy. She specializes in relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions such as the entrance into parenthood. As your therapist, she will work together with you to explore root causes of current problems and change old patterns that are keeping you stuck.
