I specialize in restoring broken and dysfunctional relationships. I have extensive experience working with couples and individuals who are fighting to keep their relationship alive or are hoping to rebuild trust and intimacy. I frequently work with pastoral staff and am a resource to churches.
I also work with individuals to address a broad range of mental health diagnoses such as depression and anxiety, as well as help individuals break unhealthy coping patterns and navigate life transitions and burnout.
