Typical Itinerary

For Level I Training – (14 Continuing Education Credits Available)

 

Day One

  • 8:00 to 10:15am – Training in the basic theory of love and trustworthiness, understanding emotional pain. Group involvement in analyzing case examples.
  • 10:00 to 10:15am – Break
  • 10:15 to 12:15pm – Training in developing the “Pain Cycle.” Group involvement through interaction around individual experiences and case analysis.
  • 12:15 to 1:15pm – Lunch Break
  • 1:15 to 2:45pm – Training in identifying regulating truth. Group involvement through individual reflection, group processing and case demonstration.
  • 2:45 to 3:00pm – Break
  • 3:00 to 4:15pm – Consolidation of therapeutic skills designed to deal with pain and identifying truth in clients. Group involvement through observation of case demonstration and individual practice.

Day Two

  • 8:00 to 10:15am – Training in the utilization of pain chart and peace charts—helping clients identify and extend truth into the “Peace Cycle.” Group involvement in identifying individual peace cycles.
  • 10:00 to 10:15am – Break
  • 10:15 to 12:15pm – Training in brain research review and mindfulness strategies (the Four Steps). Group involvement through interaction around individual experiences and case analysis.
  • 12:15 to 1:15pm – Lunch Break
  • 1:15 to 2:45pm – Training in emotionally regulating clients through utilizing the Four Steps and moving clients to be self-regulating. Group involvement through group processing and case demonstration.
  • 2:45 to 3:00pm – Break
  • 3:00 to 4:15pm – Consolidation of therapeutic skills designed to deal with peace and practice of regulation in clients. Answering of final questions regarding Restoration Therapy. Resolution of resistance and difficult clients.
